** For all classes, You will get your zoom link and materials the week prior to each class start date. Each class must reach a minimum of 3 students for the class to proceed. You will be refunded and notified the week prior if a class did not reach minimum. All class LEVELS are listed. They are the same as the QDF Levels listed here.

Mountain Dulcimer – Hand Synchronization (very popular class, I’ve sold this out both times I offered it at QDF).
Description – Discover why this technique is so important! We will work through multiple exercises that will take you far by synchronizing your left and right hands to improve speed and tone. Add these to your practice sessions and be amazed at your progress. DAD tuning. This is a LEVEL 2 class.

Mountain Dulcimer – How To Fill Out Any Song with Notes to Sound Spicy! (Sold out the only time I’ve offered it).
See just how easy it is to add extra notes to any song using these proven methods. You will sound like magic when you add in ALL the Do-Dad’s! I will provide you with exercises for each method, and you will add them to a song during the class. With practice, you will start turning heads in no time. DAD Tuning. Level 3

Mountain Dulcimer – Basic Music Theory 101 – Level 1 and up
In this class I will cover some beginner music theory for mountain dulcimer so you can start to understand what is happening on your instrument. We will go over your D major scale, octaves, how to move your melody and more. You will get handouts and also some exercises to work through. Come join the fun with me.
