1. I can’t log in to the site, please help! – ANSWER – First consider your username and password that you create. Please don’t use spaces or dashes. The login is case sensitive also, so keep that in mind. If you forgot to write it down select forgot password and then create your new password (write it down this time please). Next – try to restart your device, then login. This will usually clear things up. If none of that works – Click contact below if that doesn’t fix the issue.
2. I would like to CANCEL my membership, how do I do that? ANSWER – Log in at banjolemonade.com like you normally would do. Then go into your Account (click under your photo or the stock Lemon photo). Then under account details is your name, email, and membership level. After membership level it says cancel. Just click that to cancel out. Thanks.
3. What banjo should I purchase? ANSWER – I’m sorry but I cannot recommend specifics to you since each person is different. We all have different needs. Here is a video I did giving you a few tips when buying a new banjo. https://youtu.be/rA1K5aigztQ
4. What dulcimer should I purchase? ANSWER – Again, I cannot recommend specifics because everyone wants different things. The most important thing you can do in this area is consider your VSL. Here is a helpful video I made about that. https://youtu.be/P8uuR4e2OfY
5. Can you please play me this song? ANSWER – I’m sorry but I do not take requests for multiple reasons.
6. Why don’t you answer me on youtube? ANSWER – I love talking to folks! But, I am also getting very busy. I have a family and home to take care of first, so my extra time is spent working on new lessons for you. So youtube is the last place to get in touch with me now. I hope you understand.
7. What type of “strings” or equipment do you recommend for me? ANSWER – I put links to everything I use below my videos on youtube. I do my best to include everything. That is what I use and would recommend to people (because I like it).
8. Why don’t you just teach music instead of throwing Jesus in our face all the time? ANSWER – I get this one more than you would think actually. Because Jesus is a HUGE part of my life. Since he is a huge part of my life He is in everything I do and in every breath I take. I’m thrilled to finally have a website where I can fully express that. So if you cannot accept that as a part of me, then maybe my website is not for you. I am unwilling and unable to separate the two things.
9. Why don’t you just give us everything you do for free? ANSWER – I get this one quite a bit too. Because for the time I spend each week doing this, I could be working outside the home for our family. I have over 600 totally free videos on youtube and playlists full of lessons for you. If you don’t want to join and pay for lessons, then feel free not to. I want you to be happy if you join, not full of anger at me for charging you money for what I teach.
10. Is there another way I can learn from you? ANSWER – I do have all my ebooks up in the SHOP page for you if you’d like to go that route.
11. I do not have a Bible, can you give me a recommendation and/or help me acquire one? ANSWER – I suggest a King James Version of the bible. If you need help getting one click here and send me a message.
