If you purchase anything from me and are not satisfied – within 3 days – I will give you a full refund (minus any fees paypal charges me). **(sorry about this part but ) If I look at your records and see that you’ve went in and downloaded all the tabs in 3 days, I view that as dishonesty and may not be willing to honor this. PLEASE read the specifics for each category below.
YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO REQUEST A REFUND. THEY ARE NOT AUTOMATIC.
*REFUNDS – of MEMBERSHIP subscriptions – if you decide to cancel just click your account settings (under your picture). Then Click Account/Profile and Cancel. I will refund (see below) the last unwanted monthly or yearly payment you made minus any paypal fees they charge me. Paypal now charges for refunds. For MONTHLY I will refund you up to 3 days past the unwanted charge. Beyond 3 days I will cancel you out but not refund the charge. For YEARLY I will refund you up to 3 days past the unwanted charge. Beyond 3 days up to 1 month I will refund you 50% of the unwanted charge. After 1 month I will not refund the charge.
*REFUNDS – of COURSES – if you are not satisfied with the course within 3 days of purchase, I will refund you 100% (minus the paypal transaction fee). If you are not satisfied with the course after 3 days to 10 days, I will refund you 50% of your purchase price (minus the paypal transaction fee). If it is after 10 days of purchase, I will not refund you.
*REFUNDS of Downloads from my shop – this includes tabs, ebooks, audio files, and lesson packs. – I will refund you 100% (minus the paypal transaction fee) within 3 days of purchase. Beyond 3 days – I will not refund you. For all other items – physical cd’s, gift certificates, and workshops, I will not refund those.
*REFUNDS of Physical Books – (paper) – those are printed and managed through The Book Patch, if you have any issues with any of my books, please contact them first. Also please let me know about how they handle it. I’ve not had any print issues with them as of yet, and their customer service has been quality also.
