Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I am still out here. Am at day 90 on dulcimer journey. Some days I feel like I should be doing better. But is a journey, not a race. I practice almost everyday. Gotta say with spring coming is getting a little harder to keep my practice time intact. So much to do outside. But I’m still working with it.
Am working on my Irish song. And my ear training. Strumming. And the Metronome.
Husband and I both got our vaccines. Ready to get out a little and spend time with the grandkids.
Hope you all are doing great.

Was just wondering how you were doing.
Best place to play is OUTSIDE on the pickin’ porch! If’n ya dont have a porch get a chair and find a shady spot.

Hey Peggy! Jason is right, my favorite places to play are outside. Maybe your neighbors will come over for some entertainment and a glass of lemonade. 😃 Bonus!

Good to hear from you. Outdoors is nice for sure. Maybe we can meet up at Wildcat Den when it warms up??
Iowa’s false Spring last week and now maybe SNOW😳 tomorrow is pretty confusing. -

Hi Peggy…
Keep making time for that dulcimer.. it’s so nice to be able to play.. for yourself and others….standing joke over here… I asked my husband…can you tell what song i’m playing? (Loaded question)….his answer…”when the saints marching thing”….😆..
And outside is the best!

Jane, awesome idea. I would love for us to meet. And wild cat den is a beautiful place.
Lorrie, so funny. When working on my ear training…I played “name that tune” with my husband. He did good on 1st try.
