        Hi Mandy, I am for some reason having trouble playing your videos from inside your website.

        It does not matter if I am under lessons, courses, or learn a song. When I press the red play button, I get a message that I need to sign into youtube to show I am not a bot. I can sign in to youtube, but it takes me out of your webpage and when I finish the video I have to log back into your site.

        This has not happened to me before. Has anyone else had this problem?

        Perhaps it is a security setting on my end?  Thanks Michelle.

          Hey Michelle.

          Some users are having this problem and we are looking at ways to fix it. It’s a YouTube issue as they recently changed some things on their side. If you are using a vpn try turning that off.

            Thanks Jason,

            Clearing the cache on my browsers and then turning off my VPN works on my phone. I am still having trouble on my tablet. I will keep working on it.

              I wa having same problem, than noticed in the lower left corner of the video ( before playing) was a box that said “open with YouTube” I tried clicking that option and it seems to have resolved the ice for the remainder of the videos ( or at least a couple more) . I can click the familiar red arrow to play now.

                Hey Michelle and Mike – can you do me a favor and go look in my new lesson – Hark the Herald Chromatic Dulcimer for me please?  See if you can easily play those 2 videos on any of your devices.

                I’m trying to move all my videos off youtube, but it’s gonna take time and I want to verify that this is working for you also.  Please let us know how that goes.
