1. Double check your username and password for the Case (capital/lowercase), spaces, special characters, etc.  Please consider using simple usernames and passwords. 

 

2. If this didn’t get you logged in, please select reset password.  

Go through that then try logging in again.  

 

3. If this doesn’t work – please try resetting your device (phone, tablet, desktop).   Most times this will clear up any issues you may be experiencing.  Then try logging in again.
