Description

This Livestream is now available on video – so you won’t be a part of the livestream, but you will get the video you can watch as much as you like, the tabs, and chord lyric sheet.

**LEVEL – Solid Beginner and UP** (see below) Easy beginner song but some of the concepts I will present to you is why I don’t recommend this for early beginners.

Upon purchase you will receive a link to the private live session and tabs and any other materials with it.

  • Play through – I will do a moderate play through, then really slowly
  • Tab look through – we will look through and discuss the tab together briefly
  • Teach you the song – I will break it into about 4 measure chunks and teach you each section and play it slowly and talk you through each note.
  • Then when I go to the next section I will do the same, break it down and teach it.  Play it through a bunch.
  • Next we will play both sections slowly.
  • After we go through the whole song, we will then play it slowly some more.
  • Next we will go over the chords!  I will show you them and show you how to strum through them in a basic manner.
  • Lastly, we will work on methods to embellish the song
    • Using various embellishments (slides, pull offs etc)
    • Strumming variations
    • Pick/strum variations
  • This will be FUN!

After the Livestream – you will be able to watch that video as much as you like over and over again.

**LEVEL – Beginner (not early)- you should have several months of play under your belt.  You should be able to play at least 3 songs (that you’ve memorized) and be comfortable out strumming them fluidly but maybe you aren’t the best at back strumming yet.  You should understand what I mean when I say middle string 2nd fret, and understand what that looks like in tablature.

Always remember, Jesus loves you!
