Musicians Practice Deck

Introducing- the Musicians Practice Deck!
Do you struggle to remember songs? The only way to not struggle is to continually play the songs you’ve learned. The best way to do that is to do a few every single practice session. Flipping through tons of pages in a giant book is cumbersome, digital stuff is wonderful but very easy to misplace things and songs can easily fall through those cracks.
I’ve got a practical and affordable solution for all musicians. (CHECK OUT MY VIDEO BELOW)
I’ve been telling people about this for years!! I saw a basic version of this online and put it into practice long ago. I thought why not make it easy for everyone and create the perfect practice deck.
What would I use it for though?
– To keep your repertoire of songs constantly fresh in your memory!! Do you have problems remembering songs you haven’t played in a long time? Me too, that’s where the Musicians Practice Deck comes in to save the day. Simply, deal your deck each session to play 3 cards or so. Play through each song and flip the card. In a few sessions (before you know it) you’ll be back at the beginning of the deck. This will keep the songs YOU WANT to keep fresh in your mind (and fingers).
But wait there’s more…..
– Use it to learn the song, the chord progression, write the first 3 words of each verse for singers, your scales, or any number of things!! The practice deck is completely customizable to fit YOUR NEEDS as a musician.
– It also fits in any case and is small enough to go in your pocket if you play harmonica!!
– Have a gig coming up? – use the practice decks colors to your advantage.
– Put different types of songs on different color cards.
Here’s what you get –
- 1 deck of 25 cards (5 cards per color) 2” X 3” cards
- 1 binder ring to keep them together and easy to flip
- rubber band to hold it together (I’ll throw in more than 1 for you)
- 1 cloth bag to keep the cards in
Use pencil, pen, crayon, marker, whatever you like to write on the cards. Keep it in your case pocket so you can use it anywhere. I’ve used mine in cars, parks, hotels, and lawn chairs!
Once you have 25, start writing songs on the back of the card! I write my songs at the top of the card and already have 2 songs front and back per card. That’s 100 songs for those counting.
The colors of the cards – use them for specific gigs, types of songs, types of practice (theory, scales, chords, etc).
This little deck will pack a punch and you will LOVE it as much as I do once you start using it.
