1. What happened to Judas Iscariot that caused him to betray Jesus?
Answer
SATAN happened!! The DEVIL is real, he is here, and he is after YOU.
Luke 22:3
“Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.”
John 13:2
“And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;”
2. Why do we have the saying “doubting Thomas”?
Answer
John 20:24-29
24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lordand my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Don’t be a doubting Thomas.
2 Corinthians 5:7
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Some questions back for you to ponder… Was Judas Iscariot saved? If not was he truly a disciple? Jesus knew he would be betrayed and by who. God Bless you and your ministry!
Hey Samantha – Jesus was still alive, so he was not saved. Jesus knows everything, yes. Was he truly a disciple? Yes he was, Jesus said so.
John 6:70-71
70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.
Luke 22:3 – “Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.”
Judas is very important. If not for him doing what he did (what scripture predicted) then who knows what would have happened. But of course he did, because God allowed the devil to enter into him.
Good stuff, God Bless you sister!
